From the moment of calling to confirm my reservation to asking for a receipt as I was leaving, the staff was great. My stay was quiet and clean. I will make this spot my go to each time i'm in the area. Restraunt within walking distance from the hotel which is a big plus. Water pressure in the shower was just right. Cleanliness even in the lobby area and the breakfast area was great.
Nice clean hotel. When checking in, the front desk employee was very personable. Our room was clean, but a few things could've been better. The TV's picture was fuzzy, and the ac was barely throwing off air. The shower had great pressure, but the room was dark, and light the fixture made loud noises when on. The walls are pretty thin, so be prepared to hear kids or people having sex. This CI actually had a working pool! As many CI's that we stay in don't! I'd definitely recommend staying here. There's a great restaurant within walking distance next door with fabulous food.

So far so good, 3 week stay in progress....rooms are clean tv reception and wifi are crappy possibly the location of hotel not sure. Beds comfortable Housekeepings little iffy...alot of short cuts it appears, but overall nothing crazy. Rooms got a lady bug problem but doesn't bother me. I'll update as the stay continues. The complimentary Breakfast was extremely nice!
This hotel was a great step up from another location in Joliet when I was passing through on a road trip. There is a $25 pet fee for my cat (may be higher for dogs) and it seemed easy enough to pay for at check-in. The room was comfortable (for me and my cat) and while there were gaps between the box spring the bed frame, I don't judge the hotel for it given that they aren't explicitly pet-friendly/designed with pets in mind. Check-in went smoothly though seemed a bit terse which is why there isn't a full 5-stars here, but otherwise, the hotel was what I needed and I had great parking for my truck and trailer.
I Was There For 3 Days & I Enjoyed My Days Off!!! Excellent Breakfast Between 5-9 Am & The Lady Housekeeper Was The Best!!!
